Over 500 trained Flow Coaches and 100’s of passionate improvers came together on the FCA virtual community platform (hosted on Workplace).

Q Community
We also recommend that you consider getting involved with the Q community. Q is a community of thousands of people, collaborating to improve the safety and quality of health and care. It is delivered by the Health Foundation and supported by partners across the UK and Ireland. Membership of Q is free and, with members at its heart, the community comes together to support each other to develop and deliver their work.
The FCA have partnered with the Health Foundation for over 9 years, and we share values and ambitions for improving health and care. Together, we can make faster progress to change health and care for the better.
