Directory Entries
If you leave submit your details, you consent to be included in our directory, the comment and its metadata are retained for the duration of the sites existence. The submission will be reviewed by the administration team and if approved your name and email will be displayed on the site, you can withdraw your consent at anytime by requesting that your information be deleted and removed from the listing by emailing: sth.fca@nhs.net
Community News
If you submit a news story using the form, you consent to be included in our community news page. Your name and organisation will be listed on the page with your story. Do not included any private or personal information of service users in your stories. The submission will be reviewed by the administration team and if approved it will be published and its data retained for the duration of the sites existence. You can withdraw your consent at anytime by requesting that your information be deleted and removed from the news listing by emailing: sth.fca@nhs.net

Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
Data that you submit for Community News or the Directory in the contact us page will be retained for the duration of the sites existence. We the site is withdrawn all data will be deleted. Requests to remove data will be actioned as soon as practicable, by the FCA admin website team.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have submitted community news or a directory entry, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Community News and requests to join the directory are sent to the site administrators to approve before publishing. The site administrators represent the FCA and can be contacted at the following address. Once the the action is complete the email including your data will be deleted and retained only on the website.
