At the end of the 12 month course the coaching pairs give a 10 minute presentation on what they have learnt as co-coaches and how they have applied this learning in the Big Room, what comes next in their plans to sustain the Big Room and how they will continue to develop as coaches beyond the end of the course. The coaches share how they followed the FCA Roadmap for Improvement to guide their Big Room and make positive improvements throughout their pathway.
