Final Presentation – Leeds Stroke Big Room

15 min

Here is an example final presentation from Katie Johnson & Sinead Stanley about the Leeds Stroke Big Room.

At the end of the 12 month course the coaching pairs give a 10 minute presentation on what they have learnt as co-coaches and how they have applied this learning in the Big Room, what comes next in their plans to sustain the Big Room and how they will continue to develop as coaches beyond the end of the course.

The coaches share how they have involved stroke survivors, acute, community team and the voluntary sector to adopt the Team Coaching approach to QI. Their key 3 messages are around collaboration, Lived experience coupled with data and ideas.
