The Flow Coaching Academy’s ‘Improving with People First’ course has been validated by ILM, against a set of global quality measures and has been approved as ILM Recognised.

Around 40 trained coaches and FCA friends old and new attended our ‘Connect’ event from across the UK and the overriding comment was that it felt like “coming home”.

Used by Flow Coaches to track their progress towards building their coaching skills taught on the course.

In stage 4 of the course our coaches put improvement into practise and start to learn how to coach others in improvement. These coaching cards are used as part of an interactive exercise to help coaches to develop their skills in different situations.

When Flow Coaches join our course they complete this template about their hopes and fears for the course and the experience ahead of them.

Stage 6 of the course focuses on how our Flow Coaches are developing, this is a template of a development plan.

This week, NHS professionals from across the UK, joined FCA faculty in Sheffield for an interactive two-day online celebration event, formally recognising their achievements and graduating them as Flow Coaches.
