This is a historic record of the FCA Brochure that was created to support customers to learn more about the ‘Improving with people first’ course and the wider FCA programme.
Improvement in the NHS requires moving motivation and ideas towards engagement and collaboration with a coherent and cohesive method. Sustaining the work in a meaningful way that moves cultures toward ones of continuous improvement takes time, commitment and leadership.
Developed during a period of time when the FCA was ILM recognised and delivered centrally by the FCA at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. You may find links and contact details that are no longer relevant.
