FCA Central Celebrated their cohort’s final session

The final session (Session 11) for FCA Central took place on the 12th & 13th of February 2020, with the graduating coaches celebrating their hard work over the 12-month programme with a coveted FCA pin badge and certificate presentation.

The two days of Session 11 focus on the coaches showcasing the work they have achieved with a 15-minute presentation and poster. The work this year’s cohort demonstrated in their presentations was truly inspirational, and it was clear to see the impact the coaches made developing their Big Rooms.

We wish all of the coaches the best of luck coaching their Big Rooms, making important improvements to the delivery of care and setting up their FCA franchises. As part of the FCA network, we’re sure to stay in close contact and will see you at future FCA events!
