FCA survey for NHS provider organisations in England: responding to NHS Impact

22 June 2023 | 5 min

Our online survey gathers the views of improvement leaders and others involved in quality/continuous improvement work in NHS provider organisations, in response to NHS Impact.

In June/ July 2023 the Flow Coaching Academy, with support from the Health Foundation, ran an online survey to gather the views of improvement leaders and others involved in quality/continuous improvement work in NHS provider organisations.

You may have received an email invitation to take part in this survey, which is being run, on our behalf, by an independent market research agency called Flood & Partners (on their ‘Honesty-box’ platform). We would like to encourage anyone with an interest in this area to complete the survey as it will help to ensure that our award-winning improvement methodology can continue to meet the needs and priorities of healthcare teams across the country.

Graphic to represent feedback

We’d love to see as many people as possible, from across the NHS in England, share their views. The more that participate, the more we can build a picture of how well providers feel equipped to take on the challenges raised by NHS Impact.

As a token of appreciation, all those completing the survey will have the opportunity to receive an anonymised summary of the findings, offering an overview of the areas of focus, challenges, and training priorities identified by other leads in NHS improvement work at the current time. This summary will also include anonymised insight from 14 deep-dive interviews on these topics conducted with NHS provider organisations earlier in 2023.

Additionally, Flood & Partners are putting forward two charity donations of £100 each. By participating, you can nominate a charity of your choice for a chance to receive one of these donations.

The survey link is now CLOSED.
Thank you to everyone who participated.
