Before the Meeting
Planning before the meeting is even more important when coaching virtually and will help things run smoothly and ensure everyone gets the most out of the session.
On the call
Virtual team coaching uses all the same skills and techniques as face to face coaching, however be aware that you will need to be more deliberate about some actions in a virtual setting.
Engagement and Interaction
Ensuring engagement and interaction with your team on calls is often a concern. The biggest piece of advice is that you need to plan your engagement (think organised fun!).
Large group meetings
