Flow Coaching Academy is delighted to announce that two projects from across its network have been shortlisted at this year’s HSJ Patient Safety Awards, recognising their outstanding contribution to healthcare.

The Flow Coaching Academy (FCA) welcomed coaches from Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, to its 2021 training programme this week.

Improvement capability to be built in 32 coaches

An e-Learning module that helps coaches understand the principles of Pre-Phase & Getting ready, what this means in Flow Coaching. It also includes getting started with the Team Coaching Model and preparing to get started with the Big Room.

In this e-Learning module learn that relational co-ordination is a thinking tool, with 7 dimensions that you can apply to your thinking when coaching a Big Room. Developing a relational approach is at the heart of the Big Room.

In this e-Learning module you will reflect on challenges and complexity of improvement. Spend time preparing to coach the Big Room and learn how to scale testing in your Big Room. You will also be able to describe the elements of the model for improvement.

In this e-Learning Module you will learn how to identify common roadblocks, consider road block themes experienced in your coaching so far.

In this e-Learning Module you will review your strengths and opportunities for further development. You will be invited to create an action plan to intentionally develop your coaching skills.
